**Guarantee Policy**

**1. Warranty period**

Anlan provides official customer support and warranty service, which only applies to new products purchased from Anlan official website, and official stores on Amazon, Lazada, Yami, etc. For purchases made through authorized resellers or Anlan distributors, please contact them directly for after-sales service.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for new products (makeup mirror, IPL epilator, RF facial device) purchased from Anlan.

Replacement Unit: The warranty continues from the original date of purchase and will be extended for the full number of days the product has been out of the purchaser's hands for warranty repairs.

**2. Loss of Warranty**

The warranty is voided in the following situations:
a) Products are marked as “sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS” or shipped to you as a “prototype”.
b) Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.
c) Trademarks, serial labels, product labels have been removed, altered or manipulated.
d) The products are disassembled, mishandled, used inappropriately or defaced.
e) The damage has resulted from accident, disassembly, abuse, or service or modification by someone other than the designated seller, house, fission or the replacement part has been over the warranty period.
f) Products are damaged due to inappropriate working environment or operation, such as unusual physical or electrical stress, interference, electrical power failure or fluctuation, static electricity, use of wrong power adapter, etc.
g) The products are damaged due to violation of the instructions on the safe handling and use of batteries.
(h) Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

**3. Damage Limitation**

Anlan is not responsible for any other extra warranties or commitments promised by resellers, agents, distributors, or any other third parties. If you were promised any extra commitment or guarantee, please ask for written documents to protect your rights and interests.

**Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy**

**1. Cancellation**

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via live chat or email to assist you. But once the item has been shipped (you have received the tracking number or your order status is complete) we cannot help cancel it.

**2. Return**

a) For Unwanted Products
If the package remains unopened, undamaged, and suitable for resale without affecting secondary sales, please contact customer service for a refund within 90 days of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the consumer.

b) For Defective Products Not Caused by Man

If the product is defective (not man-made) when you receive it, within 90 days of delivery, you can get a full refund or replacement. Beyond 90 days but within one year of warranty, a full refund is not available, but replacement is acceptable. You do not need to return the defective item to us and Anlan will cover the freight for new replacements.

**Return Policy for Products Purchased from a Third Party**

If the Anlan product that you purchased from third-party stores or sellers does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact the store or third-party seller where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy. All return and refund processes related to Anlan products purchased from third-party stores or sellers are subject to the policies
